A month ago we looked doomed. Couldn’t score let alone win. Well, things have changed thanks to the Monky Man! After 3 games, 5 goals, none conceded and 9 points – we have our fate in our own hands. So how does the remainder of the season look for those teams in the fight to stay up.

So from my predictions the bottom 3 will finish as they are, with Blues, Bolton and Reading surviving. However out of those 3, I would say Reading have the toughest run in and it is a possibility that they could be caught. For us 3 teams, anything over 44 points would almost definitely confirm safety. So with all 3 on 39 points, 2 wins or a win and 2 draws will probably be sufficient.
The unknowns are the games against relegation candidates. For that reason, Sunderland still have an outside chance with games left against Reading and Burton, however they have probably now left themselves too much to do.
The good news for us is, 2 wins and we are probably safe. Watch us lose on Saturday now and mess up my prediction!
