Ok, still no news from the club about Martins, but hopefully it will all go through alright.
Martins appears to be the only player linked with us coming in, however stories still abound regarding Zigic and Jerome. My belief are these are complete rubbish and the papers / websites are trying to generate news.
One other player who has been in the news regarding an exit, is Seb Larsson. The latest club linked to signing him is Man City!
Why??
Nothing to do with the quality of Seb as such, but they have a plethora of midfielders – he plays regularly for us, he definitely wouldn’t at Man City. Also I think the club haven’t let him go because we will need him in the cup final.
So for that reason, I’m out – as is the story IMO.
I need a new whinger. There’s not a lot of quality around, but I’ve heard that Larsson is a good whinger. I would rather have him than Jervis……er…..Jarvis cos Burminum is a better team than Wulverampton, si?
