Oh dear. Shall we just pretend that that one didn’t happen. Some of the defending today was woeful especially on Onouha’s goals. Having said that the penalty award was very soft and before that Maik Taylor wasn’t being bothered that much. I also thought that Adebayor was offside for the third crucial goal. Not on the cross from Bellamy but on the pass from Barry. I’m not arguing about the result though although 5-1 is harsh.
Let’s hope for a reaction against Hull next Saturday.
On a more positive and enlightening note… We have 2 very important games to play.. Which could heavily influence the appearance of the EPL next season.. Both Hull and Burnley at home… Looking at the bottom of the table does make for very interesting Reading.. Both wigan and west ham are teatering on the verge of the abyss.. My views on wigan have softened slightly.. Time is a healer I guess and bruce didn’t exactly voluntarily leave.. But west ham…??!?! I always did dislike them, and now tweedle sum and tweedle di are at the helm…??!!!!! So anyone care to give them a gentle helpful nudge in the right direction?? Would love to see big eck trial a few youngsters…. :o)
