Recently I set the question:
Is getting the mature loan players we are getting a good thing or a bad thing for the long term future of the club, thinking about where the club is NOW in regard to financially, league and personnel?
The two answers were:
Answer 1: Yes – it makes perfect sense to loan these players.
Answer 2: No – we should have bought players, or looked to loan younger players.
70 people voted and the result was split straight down the middle 50% each. Clearly the fans are split on this. I guess we will have to wait and see if this is a good move or not!
