Couldn’t get tickets and then an old friend who I hadn’t seen for 30 years phoned me up and offered me one of his Club Wembley tickets. Met him at Euston, had a few pints at the Bree Louise, and spent the match sat in the middle of Arsenal supporters! What a joy!
My Grandad first took me to Stan’s when I was 5 (1956) so I’ve seen many highs and lows, but this was the best ever! Unforgettable!
