I didn’t see the game, just listened to it on Blues World.
We appeared to have had a fair bit of possession, but unlike Saturday – we didn’t really create many chances. Also the starting team seemed odd. What is the point of dropping Chucho? Him and Jerome together seem to create more chances than any other combination. I am beginning to wonder if Chucho won’t be with us next season.
The side definitely needs refreshing, and that will happen in the summer. The club confirmed that we are talking to Boyd. He will be available for next to nothing, if not a Bosman. Having said that, if Chucho IS going – we need AT LEAST another forward.
Back to the game, It is disappointing to lose, but we are still 9th and we have had a fantastic season. Oh and McFadd’s freekick was a great goal.
At least we have a home game next. What? We’re playing who? Oh!
